Deeply rooted in the Saint-Tropez property market since 1967, our long history in the region has allowed us to develop a singular expertise. That local journey gives us today the ability to understand the subtleties and the challenges particular to this market.
In order to offer ever more precise valuations, we have drawn on our 57 years of accumulated data to develop in-house analytical software which optimises the accuracy and reliability of our results. In addition, we use four different methods of calculation, such as the comparative method, which incorporates the specific features of the local market, or the capitalisation method, which is based on the rental potential of a property. These approaches allow us to determine the valeur vénale (open-market value) of each property, taking into account essential factors such as the quality of its construction and of its location.
