Data collected and purposes
We collect only what you send us: name, telephone, e-mail and the content of your enquiry, through the contact, callback, valuation, Journal subscription and off-market access forms.
This data is used solely to answer your enquiry, call you back, send you a valuation or, where you have expressly asked for it, send you our news. The legal basis is your consent or steps taken at your request before entering a contract.
Recipients and retention
Your details are neither sold nor rented. They are accessible only to the members of the agency handling your file and, where applicable, to our technical providers acting on instruction. They are kept for three years from our last contact, then deleted.
