Does Tardieu Immobilier operate in Sainte-Maxime?
Yes. Our agency has been based in Saint-Tropez since 1967 and covers the ten villages of the gulf, including Sainte-Maxime. Our mandates there are handled directly, without an intermediary.
Do you handle properties that are not published online?
Some of our mandates stay off-market at the owner's request. Those properties appear neither on this site nor on the portals, and are presented after an initial conversation.
How does a valuation work?
We visit in person, examine the property, its aspect and its immediate surroundings, then provide a written, reasoned valuation. The process is free and without obligation.
Do you assist non-resident buyers?
Yes. We work regularly with an international clientele and coordinate viewings, dealings with the notaire and follow-through to signature, in French or English.
